ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for home health care under Medicare, the following criteria must be met:

• A need for skilled services in the home, such as nursing, physical or speech, or occupational therapy
• Eligible Medicare beneficiary
• Under a plan of care established and approved by a physician
• Essentially homebound, requiring reasonable and taxing effort to leave home

Medicare & Medicaid Certified

First Care Home Health Services accepts the following method of payments:

• Medicare
• Private pay & private insurance
• Medicaid for primary home care clients
